Sec. 887.551. HAZARDOUS FINANCIAL CONDITION, SUPERVISION, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND LIQUIDATION. The following provisions apply to an association engaged in the business of insurance in this state:

(1)Subchapter A , Chapter 404 ;
(2)Chapter 441 ; and
(3)Chapter 443 . SUBCHAPTER O. PENALTIES
