Sec. 882.455. TABLE OF GUARANTEED VALUES.

(a)Each insurance policy issued by a mutual life insurance company must contain a table of guaranteed values. The guaranteed values become nonforfeitable not later than the date of payment of the third full annual premium.
(b)The table of guaranteed values shall be drawn in accordance with the law governing life, health, and accident insurance companies. SUBCHAPTER K. TOTAL ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENTS
