Sec. 843.202. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO MEDICARE RECIPIENTS.

(a)Before a prospective enrollee is enrolled in a health care plan offered to Medicare recipients by a Medicare-contracting health maintenance organization, the health maintenance organization must provide the prospective enrollee with a disclosure form adopted by the commissioner under Subsection (b).
(b)The commissioner shall adopt a disclosure form informing a prospective enrollee in a Medicare-contracting health maintenance organization of:
(1)the effect of enrollment in the health maintenance organization on the prospective enrollee's opportunity to purchase Medicare supplement insurance; and
(2)any differences in the benefits and costs between the health care plan offered to Medicare recipients and Medicare supplemen
