Sec. 843.083. DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.
(a)If the commissioner certifies that the health maintenance organization's proposed plan of operation does not meet the requirements of Section 843.082 , the commissioner may not issue a certificate of authority.
(b)The commissioner shall notify the applicant that the plan is deficient and specify the deficiencies.
