Sec. 841.156. AMENDMENT OF CHARTER OR ARTICLES.

(a)The shareholders of a domestic insurance company by resolution may amend the company's charter or articles of incorporation at any shareholders' meeting.

(b)The amendment and a copy of the resolution certified by the president and secretary of the domestic insurance company shall be filed and recorded in the same manner as the charter.
