Sec. 841.103. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.
(a)If the commissioner makes a determination favorable to the applicants on all issues under Section 841.061 (a), the commissioner, on compliance with the requirements of Section 841.102 , shall issue to the domestic insurance company a certificate of authority authorizing the company to engage in the kinds of business authorized by the company's charter.
(b)On written request of a domestic insurance company, the commissioner shall provide a certified copy of the company's certificate of authority to the company for each of the company's agents in this state.
