Sec. 823.354. USE OF ADVISORS.
(a)The commissioner may employ at the registered insurer's expense attorneys, actuaries, accountants, and other experts that are not a part of the commissioner's staff and that are reasonably necessary to assist in the conduct of an examination under Section 823.351 .
(b)A person employed under this section is under the direction and control of the commissioner and may act only as an advisor.
