Sec. 751.252. AUTHORITY OF COMMISSIONER.
(a)The commissioner may share documents, materials, or other information obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner under this chapter with other state, federal, and international regulatory agencies and law enforcement authorities if the recipient agrees to and has the legal authority to maintain the confidentiality and privileged status of the document, material, or other information.
(b)The commissioner may receive documents, materials, or information, including otherwise confidential and privileged documents, materials, or information, from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and that association's affiliates or subsidiaries, and from regulatory and law enforcement officials of other foreign or domestic jurisdictions.
