Sec. 559.151. FILING REQUIRED.
(a)An insurer that uses credit scores to underwrite and rate risks shall file the insurer's credit scoring models or other credit scoring processes with the department.
(b)Another entity may file credit scoring models on behalf of an insurer.
(c)A filing that includes credit scoring may include loss experience justifying the use of credit information.
