Sec. 542.152. EXCEPTION. This subchapter does not apply to:
(1)a casualty insurance policy that requires the insured's consent to settle a claim against the insured;
(2)fidelity, surety, or guaranty bonds; or
(3)marine insurance as defined by Section 1807.001 .
