Sec. 462.153. REFUND OF CONTRIBUTION. The association may refund to the member insurers in proportion to the contribution of each member insurer to the association the amount by which the association's assets exceed the association's liabilities, if at the end of a calendar year the board finds that the assets of the association exceed the liabilities of the association as estimated by the board for the next year.
