Sec. 443.056. CONFIDENTIALITY.

(a)The commissioner, rehabilitator, or liquidator may share documents, materials, or other information in the possession, custody, or control of the department without regard to the confidentiality of those documents, materials, or information, pertaining to an insurer that is the subject of a proceeding under this chapter with other state, federal, and international regulatory agencies, with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and its affiliates and subsidiaries, with state, federal, and international law enforcement authorities, with an auditor appointed by the receivership court in accordance with Section 443.355, and, pursuant to Section 443.105, with representatives of guaranty associations that may have statutory obligations as a result
