Sec. 441.156. HEARINGS DURING CONSERVATORSHIP.
(a)On the commissioner's own motion or the motion of a party of record, a hearing relating to an insurer in conservatorship may be scheduled after at least 10 days' written notice to each party of record.
(b)The notice required by this section may be waived by the parties of record.
