Sec. 401.062. STAY OF RULE, ORDER, DECISION, OR FINDING. The filing of a petition under Subchapter D , Chapter 36 , for judicial review of a rule, order, decision, or finding of the commissioner or department under this subchapter operates as a stay of the rule, order, decision, or finding until the court directs otherwise.
