Sec. 36.153. SERVICE OF SUBPOENA.
(a)A subpoena issued by the commissioner may be served, at the discretion of the commissioner, by the commissioner, an authorized agent of the commissioner, a sheriff, or a constable.
(b)The sheriff's or constable's fee for serving the subpoena is the same as the fee paid to the sheriff or constable for similar services.
