Sec. 2602.261. APPEAL OF CLAIM DETERMINATION. A claimant's right of appeal with respect to a claim determination by the association is governed by the association's plan of operation. A claimant must bring an action, including an action for declaratory relief, challenging denial of a claim not later than one year after the date the claim was denied. SUBCHAPTER G.
