Sec. 2251.156. RATE FILING DISAPPROVAL BY COMMISSIONER; HEARING.

(a)If the commissioner disapproves a rate filing under Section 2251.153 (a)(2), the commissioner shall issue an order disapproving the filing in accordance with Section 2251.103 (d).
(b)An insurer whose rate filing is disapproved is entitled to a hearing in accordance with Section 2251.103 (e).
(c)The department shall track precedents related to disapprovals of rates under this subchapter to ensure uniform application of rate standards by the department. SUBCHAPTER F. EXEMPTIONS FOR CERTAIN INSURERS FROM RATE FILING AND APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
