Sec. 2210.646. EXEMPTION FROM SURCHARGE. An insurer may not collect a surcharge authorized under this subchapter on any policy issued to this state, an agency of this state, or a political subdivision of this state. SUBCHAPTER N. LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT BOARD
