Sec. 2210.361. ASSOCIATION RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING REDUCTIONS IN COVERAGES OR INCREASES IN DEDUCTIBLES.

(a)The association may make recommendations to the commissioner that would result in a reduction of coverages or an increase in an applicable deductible if the resultant reduction in coverages or increase in deductibles is accompanied by proposed rate credits.
(b)After notice and hearing, the commissioner may accept or reject a recommendation made by the association under this section.
