Sec. 2210.358. EXPERIENCE DATA.
(a)Not later than June 1 of each year, the department shall provide to the association and other interested persons the experience data to be used in establishing the rates under this subchapter in that year.
(b)On request from the department, an insurer shall provide the data to the department or the department may obtain the data from a designated statistical agent, as defined by Section 38.201 .
