Sec. 2210.353. MANUAL RATE FILINGS: AMENDED ANNUAL FILING.
(a)Not later than the 30th day after the date the association receives the commissioner's written disapproval under Section 2210.352 (c), the association may file with the commissioner an amended annual filing that conforms to all criteria stated in that written disapproval.
(b)Not later than the 30th day after the date an amended filing made under Subsection (a) is received, the commissioner shall approve or disapprove the amended filing. If the filing is not disapproved on or before the 30th day after the date of receipt, the filing is considered approved. If the commissioner disapproves a filing, the commissioner shall state in writing the reasons for the disapproval and the criteria the association is required to meet to obta
