Sec. 2210.015. STUDY OF MARKET INCENTIVES; BIENNIAL REPORTING.
(a)Each biennium, the department shall conduct a study of market incentives to promote participation in the voluntary windstorm and hail insurance market in the seacoast territory of this state. The study must address as possible incentives the mandatory or voluntary issuance of windstorm and hail insurance in conjunction with the issuance of a homeowners policy in the seacoast territory.
(b)The department shall include the results of the study conducted under this section in the report submitted under Section 32.022 .
