Sec. 2203.404. APPEAL TO COMMISSIONER; HEARING.

(a)Not later than the 30th day after the date of the final action of the board of directors under Section 2203.403 , a person insured or applying for insurance aggrieved by that final action may appeal to the commissioner by making a written request for a hearing.
(b)The appeal shall be heard not later than the 30th day after the date the appeal is received. The person bringing the appeal or the person's authorized representative must be given written notice of the time and place of the hearing on or before the 10th day before the date of the hearing.
