Sec. 2151.211. APPEAL.
(a)A person aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner under this subchapter may appeal the decision not later than the 30th day after the date of the decision.
(b)An appeal of a commissioner's decision under this subchapter must be made in accordance with Subchapter D , Chapter 36 .
