Sec. 1952.203. SHORT-TERM LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM.
(a)The commissioner by rule may establish a program to provide for the sale of short-term liability insurance policies to nonresident motorists who are visiting this state.
(b)The commissioner may negotiate an agreement with any insurer under which the insurer will sell insurance policies described by this section.
