Sec. 1575.157. COVERAGE FOR SURVIVING DEPENDENT CHILD.

(a)A surviving dependent child, the guardian of the child's estate, or the person having custody of the child may elect to retain or obtain group coverage for which the surviving dependent child is eligible at the applicable rate for a dependent.
(b)A surviving dependent child who has coverage under a health benefit plan offered under the group program shall pay a monthly contribution, as determined by the trustee. The applicable contributions must be provided by the surviving dependent child in the manner established by the trustee.
