Sec. 1551.060. IDENTIFICATION CARDS.

(a)The board of trustees may issue a single identification card to a participant in a health benefit plan and separately administered coverage under this chapter that offers pharmacy benefits.
(b)The card may contain information regarding both health and pharmacy benefits.
