Sec. 1251.359. COVERAGE FOR OTHER RISKS.
(a)A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to cover any risk or class of risks other than a risk described by this subchapter that, as determined by the commissioner, is eligible for blanket accident and health insurance.
(b)The commissioner may make a determination under Subsection (a) based on an individual risk, a class of risks, or both.
