Sec. 1251.357. NEWSPAPER OR OTHER PUBLISHER.
(a)A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a newspaper or other publisher to cover the publisher's carriers.
(b)The publisher is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
