Sec. 1251.356. GOVERNMENTAL OR VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY SERVICES ORGANIZATION.
(a)A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a governmental or volunteer fire department or fire company, first aid or civil defense organization, or similar governmental or volunteer organization to cover a group of members or participants defined by reference to specified hazards incident to an activity or operation sponsored or supervised by the organization.
(b)The governmental or volunteer organization is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
