Sec. 1152.105. WAIVER OF HEARING REQUIREMENT.
(a)If a company, its parent, or a commonly controlled affiliate is an authorized life insurance company, the company may apply to the commissioner for a waiver of the hearing requirements under Section 1152.102 or 1152.104 .
(b)The commissioner may waive the hearing requirement if the commissioner determines that a hearing is not necessary to find the company qualified under this subchapter.
