Sec. 1131.254. MINIMUM ENROLLMENT.
(a)The policy must cover at least 100 individuals on the date the policy is issued unless the policy is issued to the trustees of a fund established by:
(1)employers that have assumed obligations through a collective bargaining agreement and are participating in the fund to:
(A)comply with those obligations with regard to one or more classes of their employees who are covered by the collective bargaining agreement; or
(B)provide insurance benefits for other classes of their employees; or
(2)one or more labor unions.
(b)A policy as to which the insureds are to pay part of the premium from funds contributed specifically for their insurance may take effect only if at least 75 percent of the individuals of each participating employer unit who are eligib
