Sec. 841.152. CERTAIN HEARINGS BY CLOSED-CIRCUIT VIDEO TELECONFERENCING PERMITTED.

(a)Notwithstanding Section 841.103 (c), on motion by the attorney representing the state, the court shall require a committed person to appear via closed-circuit video teleconferencing at a hearing on the modification of civil commitment requirements under Section 841.082 or a hearing under Subchapter F or G.
(b)A recording of a hearing conducted as provided by Subsection (a) shall be made and preserved with the court's record of the hearing.
