Sec. 691.035. CRIMINAL PENALTY.
(a)A person commits an offense if the person has a duty imposed under this chapter and refuses, neglects, or omits to perform the duty as required by this chapter.
(b)An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500.
