Sec. 485.101. IMPOSITION OF PENALTY.
(a)The department may impose an administrative penalty on a person who sells abusable glue or aerosol paint at retail who violates this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter.
(b)A penalty collected under this subchapter shall be deposited in the state treasury in the general revenue fund.
