Sec. 485.035. SALE WITHOUT PERMIT.
(a)A person commits an offense if the person sells an abusable volatile chemical in violation of Section 485.011 and the purchaser is 18 years of age or older.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
