Sec. 483.076. LEGAL REPRESENTATION OF BOARD.

(a)If the board institutes a legal proceeding under this chapter, the board may be represented only by a county attorney, a district attorney, or the attorney general.
(b)The board may not employ private counsel in any legal proceeding instituted by or against the board under this chapter. SUBCHAPTER E. OPIOID ANTAGONISTS
