Sec. 401.226. IMPROPERLY PROCESSED OR PACKAGED LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE.

(a)If low-level radioactive waste that is not properly processed or packaged arrives at the compact waste disposal facility or a federal facility waste disposal facility, the compact waste disposal facility license holder shall properly process and package the waste for disposal and charge the person making the shipment a fee to have the low-level radioactive waste properly processed and packaged.
(b)The compact waste disposal facility license holder shall report to the federal and state agencies that establish rules and standards for processing, packaging, and transporting low-level radioactive waste any person who delivers to the compact waste disposal facility or a federal facility waste disposal facility low-
