Sec. 401.206. RESIDENT INSPECTOR.

(a)The compact waste disposal facility license holder shall reimburse the commission for the salary and other expenses of two or more resident inspectors employed by the commission.
(b)The commission may require that the compact waste disposal facility license holder provide facilities at the disposal site for the resident inspectors.
