Sec. 382.452. VOLUNTARY ACTIONS INVENTORY. The commission shall:

(1)establish an inventory of voluntary actions taken by businesses in this state or by state agencies since September 1, 2001, to reduce carbon dioxide emissions; and
(2)work with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to give credit for early action under any federal rules that may be adopted for federal greenhouse gas regulation. SUBCHAPTER K. OFFSHORE GEOLOGIC STORAGE OF CARBON DIOXIDE
