Sec. 361.988. FEES.
(a)Except as provided by Section 361.976 (a), this subchapter does not authorize the commission to impose a fee, including a recycling fee, on a consumer, television manufacturer, retailer, or person who recycles covered television equipment.
(b)Fees or costs collected under this subchapter may be used by the commission only to implement this subchapter.
