Sec. 361.092. REGISTRATION FOR EXTRACTING MATERIALS FROM CERTAIN SOLID WASTE FACILITIES.
(a)The commission may require a registration to extract materials for energy and material recovery and for gas recovery from closed or inactive portions of a solid waste facility that has been used for disposal of municipal or industrial solid waste.
(b)The commission shall adopt standards necessary to ensure that the integrity of a solid waste facility is maintained.
