Sec. 361.080. HEARING CONCERNING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE FACILITY.
(a)A hearing on an application for a permit concerning a hazardous industrial solid waste facility must include one session held in the county in which the facility is located.
(b)Notice for a hearing session held under this section shall be provided in accordance with Section 361.0791 .
