Sec. 361.064. PERMIT APPLICATION FORM AND PROCEDURES.

(a)If the commission exercises the power to issue permits for solid waste facilities under this subchapter, the commission, to the extent not otherwise provided by this subchapter, shall prescribe:

(1)the form of and reasonable requirements for the permit application; and

(2)the procedures for processing the application.

(b)The commission shall provide a thorough and timely review of and a timely issuance or denial of any permit application for a solid waste management facility.
