Sec. 242.307. EXAMINATION.
(a)The licensing examination shall be prepared or approved by the department and shall be administered by the department to qualified applicants at least twice each calendar year. The department shall have the written portion of the examination, if any, validated by a testing professional.
(b)Not later than the 30th day after the date on which a licensing examination is administered under this subchapter, the department shall notify each examinee of the results of the examination. If an examination is graded or reviewed by a national or state testing service, the department shall notify examinees of the results of the examination not later than two weeks after the date the department receives the results from the testing service.
