Sec. 241.058. MINOR VIOLATIONS.
(a)This chapter does not require the commissioner or a designee of the commissioner to report a minor violation for prosecution or the institution of any other enforcement proceeding authorized under this chapter, if the commissioner or designee determines that prosecution or enforcement is not in the best interests of the persons served or to be served by the hospital.
(b)For the purpose of this section, a "minor violation" means a violation of this chapter, the rules adopted under this chapter, a special license provision, an order or emergency order issued by the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, or another enforcement procedure permitted under this chapter by a hospital that does not constitute a threat to the health, safety, and rights of t
