Sec. 121.047. FINANCES. The members of a public health district shall pay the costs necessary to operate the district, including costs for:
(1)staff salaries;
(2)supplies;
(3)suitable offices;
(4)health and clinic centers;
(5)health services and facilities; and
(6)maintenance.
