Sec. 12.039. CONSTRUCTION OF OTHER LAWS.
(a)This subchapter does not repeal or modify a statute in effect on August 29, 1983, that fixes the amount, directs the disposition, prohibits the collection, or prescribes the basis for computing any fee or charge.
(b)This section does not restrict the determination or recomputing of a fee or charge in accordance with the prescribed basis for computing the fee or charge.
