Sec. 101A.308. GRANT COMPLIANCE AND PROGRESS EVALUATION.

(a)The institute shall require as a condition of a grant awarded under this chapter that the grant recipient submit to regular inspection reviews of the grant project by institute employees to ensure compliance with the terms of the grant contract and ongoing progress, including the scientific merit of the research.
(b)The chief executive officer shall report at least annually to the oversight committee on the progress and continued merit of the projects awarded grants by the institute.
