Sec. 48.304. STATISTICS.

(a)A state agency that operates, licenses, certifies, or registers a facility in which elderly persons or persons with disabilities are located shall compile and maintain statistics on the incidence of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly persons or persons with disabilities that occurs in the facilities. A state agency is not required to compile and maintain statistics on the incidence of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an individual with a disability described under Section 48.252 .
(b)The agency shall make the statistics available to the commission on request. SUBCHAPTER I. EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT REGISTRY
